Newsletter Introduction: April 2025

Newsletter Introduction: April 2025

I’m sorry, the snow is my fault. Remember about four weeks ago we had a really nice Saturday? I got home from an open house in the afternoon and was inspired to pull all the patio furniture out. I knew it was early, but I was enthusiastic.

My April issue always has a lot of resource stories, largely due to the change in season. A resource story is one that has specific information by town, for easy searching. In this issue, I have updated resource stories on hazardous waste days, town wide cleanups, town wide yard sales, hiking trails, and more. You can link to all of my resource stories right here.

I recently joined a hiking group and the Wachusett Garden Club. I forgot to take photos on the first hike, so there isn’t a story about that, but I do have info on the upcoming Plant Sale! Jay and I jointly wrote a story about cooking classes near us, which includes a fish cooking class he took with the boys.

I’m working on updating my list of Recommended Professionals. If you wholeheartedly recommend a local tradesperson or home-related professional, send me their info!

I love coming up with story ideas, and pulling them together. I hope you find something in this month’s newsletter that speaks to you. I appreciate being your local resource, and look forward to any feedback you have. I encourage you to scan through the newsletter and decide what you want to read after reviewing all the story options. Enjoy this month’s newsletter~~and always, comments and feedback welcome!

“We have seen Jen from her beginning as a realtor to now. She learned how to become a top-notch motivated realtor. She understands how to market realty to obtain maximum value. When needed, she will roll up her sleeves and help homeowners. She has contacts to assist in the moving process. Jen is extremely personable and easy to work with. She is a great communicator. When selecting a realtor, be sure to include her in your interview process.”
