Finally, Spring! I was at a listing appointment this morning and there was a total of about a cup and a half of snow remaining on one spot in the yard. I think I can finally put the basket of barely used snowshoes away, and am still not happy with whoever prematurely put their driveway stakes away and caused that snowstorm we had last week.
I’ve got a wide variety of stories in this issue. I always appreciate the feedback on readers’ favorites, and if there are stories that I don’t get a lot of feedback on, I tend to not write that type of story again. So, if you really like something, let me know. There are only so many hours in the day and this thing does NOT write itself!
Stories in this issue include some actual information about the new car wash in Westminster, Jay’s observations on grocery shopping, my current thoughts on the real estate commission lawsuit and proposed settlement and how it reminds me a bit of Easter 2024 at my house, a local business spotlight of Creative Connections, Central Mass Earth Week Town Wide Cleanups, Central Mass Town Wide yard sales, local business review, state of the real estate market, a new Ash-West business support group, my finally complete Bathroom Mini-Reno, and so much more!
