I’ve been going to Brook Bound Nursery in Westminster since we moved in to town in 1997. Planting advice, houseplant advice, mulch, corsages, gifts for all occasions–first from the Andersons then Tammy Martin for the last 17 years. I’m excited for the new owners of Brook Bound, the go-to for nursery items and fresh floral in Westminster for over 30 years. Who are the new faces of Brookbound? In November, Westminster residents Nikki Forrest and Jordan Grondell took ownership and debuted the shop’s fresh new look just in time for the 2025 holiday shopping season and Small Business Saturday.
Nikki and Jordan are excited to bring you the seasonal nursery services you have grown to love, while rounding out the floral offerings and gift and décor items. Building community, providing inspiration and being knowledgeable on all-things-plants are high on their priority list.
The newly decorated shop is packed full of handmade gifts and home décor, complemented with locally grown dried florals and apothecary items from Forrest Farms, also in Westminster. You’ll also find carefully curated items from other small businesses. It’s a wonderful combination of goods~~you’ll love to browse and shop with coffee in hand.
The nursery will be fully operational in Spring 2025, still offering high-quality plants, mulch and shrubs. For the holiday season, they have brought in fresh cut Christmas trees, wreaths, swags and arrangements.
Floral services are available with fresh arrangements, as well as wedding and event floral services and bonus for those of you who aren’t planners–anytime for grab-and-go bouquets!
I’m looking forward to the pop-up classes and workshops which will be rolled out early 2026. Stay tuned for more on that!
