Welcome to the July 2026 issue of my free, local and fun monthly email newsletter! Dog days of summer pictured above. We don’t have A/C, and sometimes these clowns know enough to sleep on this nice cool tile, but other times I see them sleeping on the asphalt driveway.
I’m screaming into the finish line here to get the newsletter out a day early, given that everyone is going to be off tomorrow, for Fourth of July. I’ve got a wide range of stories for you in this issue. First it came down to I needed to hire an organizer, with a little vulnerability in there because that is an actual before picture of my pantry. New business profile of Elevated Physical Therapy & Fitness. Road trip games of our childhood– that brought back a lot of memories. Did you go to Oakmont? Great– –everyone’s class reunion is in July. $55,000 in grants from the Ashburnham Westminster Foundation For Academic Excellence. My next client appreciation event is a free afternoon of mini golf for you. More picnics, yes please! Details about Westminster‘s Neighbors Helping Neighbors. What I’m seeing in the Central Mass Real Estate market right now. I make the best chicken salad, no really. Then my resource stories of fireworks, lake beaches, ocean beaches, summer concerts, ice cream for dinner, playgrounds, summer reading programs and so much more. Last month’s most popular story was the Baldwinville Elementary School affordable apartments. And then I feature some of my recent sales, active listings coming soon and my google reviews. You know I love those.
I have a goal this year of 100 Google reviews, and I’m at 86!
