Newsletter Introduction: March 2026

Welcome to the March 2026 issue of my free, local and fun monthly email newsletter! As I write this, it’s yet another day of ice, wind, snow, freezing temps, or all of the above. Doesn’t it seem like any day now we’ll wake up to birds chirping, and that bright green glow of new foliage on the trees? I sure hope so. I remember last year having a client from Florida (hey Bob!) who was coming back here to prepare his property for sale. I suggested March, and he said he wanted to wait until April when we’d be in the clear from having to deal with plowing and shoveling. He came back in April and had to wait through two snowstorms and a lot of shoveling and plowing. I actually really like having distinct seasons, and can’t imagine living anywhere else. However, I have clients moving all over the country and I love helping with that.

I’ve got a wide range of stories for you in this issue, which I’ve detailed in my video below, which is also mixed in with fun facts and nostalgia. I had one reader tell me this month that she PRINTS my newsletter to refer back to. I love that! For you–I recommend reading all the way to the bottom where I will put a big THE END, SO that you will know you’ve reached the end of this month’s newsletter. Some email services clip newsletters after a certain length, so you might have to click on a button that says CONTINUE READING or something like that.

I have a goal this year of 100 Google reviews, and I’m at 71. If we’ve ever worked together, or if my newsletter has taught you something, inspired you to think differently, or just helped you as any kind of resource~~great news, you qualify to write a review. Here’s a link to my reviews where you’ll find the WRITE A REVIEW button. If not yet, then just keep reading every month, be a background fan, tell your friends, share my stories, or whatever works for you. Here’s to spring!
