Have you ever thought of trying lunch at one of our Vocational Schools in Central Mass? Monty Tech’s The Mountain Room Restaurant is run by the students in the Culinary Arts program. Supervised by vocational instructors, the students are involved in the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
