Newsletter Introduction: October 2024

Welcome to October! If I learned one thing in the past month, it was that Pugsley was definitely the most famous pug in local real estate. I received so many messages, even cards in the mail (!) after my recent story about our experience with in-home euthanasia. I also had at least 10 people who have older dogs, and had no idea that in-home pet euthanasia existed. Pugsley was a member of the family, and we miss many (but not all) things about him.

I’ve got a wide variety of stories this month: *I thought my car was recalled so I made a resource list by manufacturer with a link to check for recalls on all of them. *What is this new and terrifying scam known as property title theft? *The new car wash is finally open, then another story from the Wayback Machine (which is a real thing) – – *Trick-or-Treating on Bacon Street (circa 2012), *Columbus Day Weekend Ski Swap at Wachusett Mountain and the *Monadnock Arts Open Studio Weekend, and good old *State of the Real Estate Market.
