We’ve all got them—the pile of containers in the corner, the paint cans of colors unknown. Old fluorescent lightbulbs, varnishes, motor oil, the list goes on. Luckily we’re heading into the season of hazardous waste days throughout Central Massachusetts. I’ve compiled a list of towns in the area, with information about their upcoming hazardous waste collection days. The photo above is from a listing I was helping to clean out. I’ve never seen such a nicely handwritten label, and for all I know maybe rotten stone and pummise is something desirable, not even for haz waste day!
