About Wildwood Farm
Wildwood Farm itself makes a great backdrop for an Oakmont reunion, with roots that run deeper than most of the alumni gathering there. The farmhouse was built in 1778 by Captain Silas Whitney, a Revolutionary War veteran whose cousin, Eli Whitney, invented the cotton gin. More than two centuries later, the 117-acre farm is still working land — pasture-raised beef and pork with no added hormones or antibiotics, maple syrup tapped and boiled down from the farm’s own sugarbush, and a fall farm stand that fills up with pumpkins, mums, cider, and local cheese come September and October. Beef, pork, chicken, and turkey are available for sale all year by appointment, and at the farm stand when it’s open in the fall. The farm also runs a riding school, boards horses for the area’s equestrian community, sells green and seasoned firewood, and has become a popular wedding venue for couples looking for scenic natural backdrops. So between the live music, the food trucks, and a full bar, reunion guests will be mingling on land that has watched Westminster change for nearly 250 years.
Get your tickets by July 23, 2026 as the organizers need a head count for food and beverages.
