I first met Kerry and Tom Dwyer from CharCUTErie Woo at a charcuterie making workshop at the Hardwick Winery that my mother treated me to as a birthday gift. I’d had a rough work day, and by the end of the day, I really didn’t want to go. Turns out we had a blast, and it was a total mood changer.
Bonus–I got me some salami rosette skills and a professionally guided charcuterie plate to bring home. Fast forward to September, my husband had a big birthday coming up, so I decided to surprise him with a party. I hired CharCUTErie Woo to style a grazing board for 70 people, spanning the length of my dining room table. Kerry‘s creation was the talk of the party, and provided so much visual interest as well as being a delicious assortment of sweet and savory options.
A nurse during Covid, Kerry and her family of four did what they could to find balance in their lives and set up days of the week for different things–movie nights, sports and charcuterie boards. Once she started posting her creations on her social media, people wanted to buy them.
What started as a hobby has grown in to so much more. I’m so happy to see that CharCUTErie Woo is expanding! You’ll find Kerry at the new storefront location at 679 Pleasant Street in Paxton, on Fridays from 10am – 3pm, with plans to expand the hours in the fall.

The location will be a central meeting spot for pre-orders and there will also be grab-and-go from the charcuterie cart as well as gourmet sandwiches. I hope they call this one a ‘charc sandwich’, but that’s just me.

Feast your eyes on some of her amazing creations and check out their online presence to see what CharCUTErie Woo can do to elevate your next get-together, business event, surprise party and more. The grazing table at Jay’s party is still being talked about over here!
