Transparent Pricing
Before you commit to working with The Normandin Group, we’ll work collaboratively to finalize a set of construction specifications that align with your expectations for the finished product. If there are specific upgrades that are important to you, we’ll price them and you’ll know before you sign your purchase and sale agreement that the price is the price.
Efficient Process
Within the first few weeks of working together, we’ll meet at an active construction site where our samples are displayed. You’ll meet with our build team to make your selections for the complete customization of your new home. Once your selections process is completed, you’ll be able to watch your new home being built.
Standard Features and Optional Upgrades
Our base level homes include high quality features and finishes throughout. For buyers who want to fully load up their dream home, we can also easily scale to meet those expectations.
