Are you a traveling professional? We’ve got just the place for you! We’re offering for rent a private bedroom suite on the second floor of a large contemporary home in Princeton, a small town just 20 low-traffic minutes north of Worcester. This suite consists of a bedroom overlooking a large naturally scenic back yard, a built-in workstation, and a modern bathroom with tile flooring and a tile shower. You’ll have a dedicated first floor kitchenette area that includes a small fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kitchen essentials, as well as a private closed pantry for your exclusive use. Like to cook? You’ll have access to our shared full kitchen. The rental fee covers a monthly cleaning of your suite. Indoor heated garage parking is available for an additional monthly charge, if desired. As listed, $1,800/month with all utilities, laundry facilities and high-speed internet included.

Our expansive and comfortable contemporary home in Princeton is set on 6 peaceful acres, directly adjacent to Rattle Root Farm, an organic CSA vegetable farm, just 4 miles to Wachusett Mountain Ski Area, and in close proximity to thousands of acres of protected land and trails. It’s a very easy drive to all Worcester, Clinton, Leominster and Gardner medical facilities.
If you’re traveling for work, you might as well stay somewhere very nice! I’d love to chat to see if we’re a match.
ABOUT PRINCETON
Princeton is a hidden gem of a small town, largely undeveloped, with nearly half of the land area protected. When leaving town, you can be at the Wachusett Station Commuter Rail at Route 2 to Boston, or Route 190 in just 10 minutes. Princeton shares Wachusett Mountain Ski Area and State Reservation with the adjacent small town of Westminster. Princeton offers many outdoor opportunities SO CLOSE TO HOME, including Skiing, Snowboarding, Hiking and Mountain Biking at the Wachusett Mountain Ski Area and State Reservation and the 2,000+ acres at nearby Leominster State Forest.
HOUSE RULES FOR OUR RENTERS
We like our privacy, and will respect yours as well.
No pets. We have three friendly dogs, but don’t want to confuse them by bringing in extra pets.
No smoking.
No overnight local guests.
